The short version: we collect only what you type into the enquiry form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it. Last updated 20 July 2026.
QLD Engineering (ABN 90 814 826 436) is a software engineering business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. You can contact us any time at hello@qld.engineering.
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, company name, project type, budget range and message.
If you arrived from an ad or campaign link, we also record standard campaign parameters (such as utm_source and gclid) so we know which channel your enquiry came from. These are stored only for the duration of your browsing session.
This site sets no cookies of its own and shows no cookie banners because none are needed.
Enquiry details are used for one purpose: responding to you about your project. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Form delivery: enquiries are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays your message to our inbox and does not retain it as a product of its own.
Hosting and analytics: the site is hosted on Vercel, whose privacy-friendly analytics record anonymous, aggregated page-view data — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.
Advertising measurement: if you reached us through a Google Ads campaign, Google may set a conversion cookie when you submit the form so we can measure which ads work. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles that data.
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project, then archived or deleted. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you — email us and we will action it promptly.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
