Automation that gives your team its hours back
Somewhere in your business, a smart person spends hours every week re-typing data, chasing follow-ups, assembling the same document, or reconciling two systems that refuse to talk. That work is a software problem wearing a staffing costume.
I build automations that take it over: reliable, monitored, and boring in the best way. And where AI genuinely earns its place — drafting, extracting, classifying — I wire it in. Where it doesn’t, I’ll tell you plainly, because an automation that hallucinates is worse than the manual job it replaced.
What gets automated
Data entry & syncing
Information entered once, everywhere it needs to be — between your CRM, accounting, portals and spreadsheets.
Follow-ups & notifications
Enquiries answered in minutes, reminders sent on schedule, nothing falling through the gap between systems and memory.
Document generation
Proposals, reports and statements assembled automatically from live data — consistent, branded, on time.
AI where it earns its place
Summarising, extracting and classifying with modern language models — always with guardrails, review steps and a human in the loop where it counts.
Timeline and pricing
Automations are the fastest engagements I run: most ship in one to three weeks, starting around $3k AUD. That makes them a low-risk first project — you see how I work, your team gets hours back, and the automation usually pays for itself measurably.
Fair questions, straight answers
How do I know what’s worth automating?
The discovery call is exactly that: you describe the weekly grind, I map which parts are automatable and what the payback looks like. If the honest answer is "not worth it", you’ll hear that too.
Is our data safe with AI in the loop?
Data handling is designed per project: what leaves your systems, what stays, and which provider processes it are decided explicitly with you — not defaulted into. Sensitive workloads can run without any third-party AI at all.
What if the systems we use have no integration?
Most tools have an API even when their pricing page hides it. Where one genuinely doesn’t, there are still reliable options — exports, email parsing, or structured automation around the tool.
