Why not just use HubSpot, Pipedrive or an industry CRM?
Sometimes you should — and if that’s my honest read after the discovery call, I’ll say so. Custom wins when your process is your edge: when the off-the-shelf tool forces workarounds, double entry, or per-seat fees that grow faster than your team.
Can it integrate with the tools we already use?
Yes — accounting software, email, calendars, portals, anything with an API. Ending the re-typing between systems is usually half the value of the build.
What happens to our data if we stop working with you?
Nothing — it was always yours. The database, the code and the documentation live in your accounts from day one, so any competent engineer can take over.
