Your systems, finally talking to each other

The average growing business pays for a dozen platforms that barely acknowledge each other’s existence. The gaps get filled by re-typing, CSV exports and a spreadsheet someone updates when they remember.

Integration work closes those gaps: clean, documented connections between the tools you already pay for, so data flows once and lands everywhere it belongs.

What I connect

Platform-to-platform syncs

CRM to accounting, forms to pipeline, store to inventory — two-way where it matters, with conflicts handled deliberately.

Payment & billing flows

Payments, invoices and reconciliation wired together so the books match reality without a monthly detective session.

Custom APIs

When your own systems need to expose data — to partners, apps or your website — I build documented REST APIs that other developers can actually use.

Webhooks & event flows

Things happening in one system trigger the right response in another, in seconds — not in tomorrow’s batch export.

How integration projects run

Integrations are scoped like everything else: fixed written quote, clear list of what talks to what, and monitoring so you find out about a failure from an alert — not from a client. Smaller integrations sit at the automation end of pricing (from around $3k AUD); complex multi-system work is quoted per scope.

Fair questions, straight answers

The vendor says our software “integrates with everything”. Does it?

Usually it means there’s an API with rate limits, missing fields and quirks the brochure skipped. I work from the actual API documentation — and tell you what’s realistically possible before quoting.

What happens when one of the platforms changes its API?

Integrations are built defensively — versioned APIs where available, monitoring and alerts always. Most clients keep a small support arrangement so changes get handled before they hurt.

Can you document what you build?

Always — every integration ships with documentation of what connects to what, where the credentials live, and how to troubleshoot. No black boxes.
